Hydrostatic testing machine

The hydraulic test machine is a machine for leakage and hydraulic test of straight seam welded pipe, spiral welded pipe or seamless pipe. The test involves sealing both ends of the pipe, filling the pipe with liquid (usually water), and pressurizing the container to the specified test pressure. The pressure tightness can be tested by closing the oil supply valve and observing whether there is pressure loss.

Technological process

Adjust both ends of the steel pipe on the conveyor - Cleaning - feeding - pushing in the hydraulic press - lifting the ascending idler - feeding into the test center line - pushing in the sealing head - filling in low-pressure water - closing the air and water valves - pressure transmission - pressure maintenance - recording the test results - pressure release - Drainage - steel pipe homing - pipe unloading - water control - conveying the steel pipe to the bench.
