Inside Welding Machine（Germany U&S）

Main function: weld the formed steel pipe in the pipe.

Operation mode: the trolley moves the steel pipe through the welder for welding. The longitudinal multi wire (3-4) wire submerged arc welding is adopted. The equipment is equipped with an automatic welding sand replenishment and recovery system to improve the welding efficiency.

Advantages of the host: low heat input, excellent weld bead and fast speed.

Welding method: submerged arc welding.
